No time options displayed for Shop Manager

  • Bit of a strange one…

    Admin can set product timer absolutely fine.
    Shop manager has no dialogue to change the ‘out of stock time’

    This is happening across all our sites. Any ideas?

    Hi @eversir ,

    Are you using multisite? For our plugin to work properly, it’s required to install WooCommerce for all sites in order to be able to use timers.

    You can also check the user role’s settings on your site. Our plugin has no restriction based on user role.

    We’re not using multi site, no. These are completely independent installs and all roles are using defaults.
