    Hi, I have this plugin installed and running however no tickets are being created. It say’s success and I receive an email to say a new ticket was created but in osticket and the plugin there is no actual ticket there..?

    I have my osticket installed on a sub-domain could that be the issue?

    It shows the synced users and i can select department etc but no actual ticket is being created?
