No thumbnails or columns

Hi…have installed the plugin and created an API.
Unfortuantely this is how it looks on my site…

There are no thumbnails and there is only 1 column.
This is the shortcode I used…
[Youtube_Channel_Gallery user=”AdobeSystems” key=”myownAPIkey” maxitems=”9″ thumb_columns_ld=”3″ title=”1″ description=”1″ description_words_number=”10″]Have I done something wrong?
