No Thumbnails

  • The plugin works with basic Twenty Twelve theme but no thumbnail is generated, just a black screen, The video itself does play if someone were to click on the black thumbnail (which no one will probably;y do) Please advise. The videos are set to auto publish to a names folder via the plugin settings

    After further testing, I think I see the issue. IF a user previews their video BEFORE publishing th thumbnail shows up on the front end Reviews page. HOWEVER if a user does NOT preview this video and immediately publishes it is when a black thumbnail displays on the front end Videos page
