No thumbnails

    By reading all the comments it looks like a great plugin but somehow I could not generate my video thumbnails.
    I embeded youtube and also tried dailymotion video but no thumbnail created by it.

    I get this message:
    We didn’t find a video thumbnail for this post. (be sure you have saved changes first)
    Search Again

    I am using VIDEO THEME by templatic.

    Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks

    After a quick look, I think the theme you’re using uses a custom field named “video”, so you’ll need to enter that in the video thumbnail settings page.

    Thanks mate.
    It is working now but thumbnails size is smaller. You can view it here https://www.zroor.com
    There are about 4 videos that I uploaded and generated thumbnails with your plugin.

    The size of the thumbnails is something that’s up to the theme, so you’ll need to reach out to them

    Hi,
    I have a trouble with video thumbnails also. My themes is Hueman.
    I go to video thumbnails setting, debugging and test thumbnails and it works very well, but in my post, it shows that “We didn’t find a video thumbnail for this post. (be sure you have saved changes first)”
    I add “video” in custom field (option) also but it doesnot work.
    Please help me to solve this problem.

    Thanhhoa HSK, you just have to add “_video_url” in custom field option. That worked for me with Hueman theme.
