No thumbnail display

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin and created my video gallery. I integrated the shortcut into my wordpress page. I see the grid but there is no sticker. When I click, the video starts well

    If you have a solution to offer me it will be great

    Thank You for contacting with us and for telling us about your problem. If after clicking it plays the video, I can guess that you are using mp4 videos. Please make sure that you uploaded the thumbnails images too. Then you will see the thumbnails on your page.
