No Thumbnail

For some reason i get a no thumbnail image on some of the posts.
refreshing thumbnails doesnt correct them either.
Any idea what could be causing this?
im using “Video Thumbnails” plugin
everything is up to date. fresh install

There’s a FAQ related to this that if you haven’t seen yet might be worth checking out: I’m seeing a “No Thumbnail” image, where’s my post thumbnail?
Since you’re using a third-party solution to assign featured images to your posts (the “Video Thumbnails” plugin) please make sure that said solution assigns a “featured” image to your posts in any of the supported formats WordPress Popular Posts provides.
