That is because you have outdated jQuery 1.2.3 on your site. Upgrading to 0.4.2.3 Usernoise release should help – it is compatible with older jQuery.

I have upgraded to 4.2.3 and it is still not working correctly. Now after hitting the submit button, I see a small window pop up, but you cannot see any content…just the “x” to close the window in the upper right. Any other suggestion on how to conquer this issue?
