No text editing tools

  • I have 2 websites on the same server (a powerful VPS subscription on a UK hosting provider), Arabic and English websites, the problem is that text editing tools are not shown at all in the Arabic website only, while the English website is working as expected…
    i disabled ALL plugins, but the problem is still there AND Java Console shows no error at all!!! what!?? I have no idea what to do, so, any idea???
