no text box, not saving changes

hello,

i installed plugin 5.0.3.

1.text box under ‘your message’ is not showing. i deactivated plugins that might cause problem, didn’t work. i cant go to previous version of plugin.
2. every time i enter contact form, there are no changes i saved previously (text showing in form and email address in additional headers).

i kindly ask you for your help.
