NO Testimonials > Views, click Add New

Fresh install, latest WP and plugin….There is no way to “Go to Testimonials > Views, click Add New” as there is no ‘Add New’ for me to choose. I created 2 test testimonials fine, and 2 categories just fine.
PLease advise!
