yes. I did it twice and both are complete.

Have you filled out the email receipt settings in Downloads > Settings > Emails?

yes, but we are using the default template for now. but the address is filled out ([ email redacted ])

I’m going to be taking over from Pippin on this one. Simplest way of posting a screenshot would be posting the image somewhere (you can always upload it to your own site through the Media menu), and just pasting the link here.

Close, not quite. I can’t get to that without being logged in. On that page, there’s a box on the right titled ‘File URL’. The link in that box is the direct link to the image (and what I need)

I don’t know what a shared hosting account is. I set up paypal and hosted the file on amazon. I followed the advice of Mike Vogel’s blog who loves this plugin

Let me rephrase the question. Who provides the hosting for the site itself?
