No tax when importing from Amazon to woocommerce

    Good afternoon,

    I hope you can help us. We use your plugin “Woocommerce Ebay & Amazon integration”. This plugin works very well so far. However, we have a problem that all orders via Amazon do not list taxes. Basically we charge 16% VAT on the product and the shipping costs according to German law. This is correctly stored at Amazon as well as in the store.

    We also assume that this error is the decisive reason for another error. For many orders via Amazon our shipping costs are cancelled as soon as an order is marked as “completed”.

    Is there a possibility to transfer the taxes correctly after the import?

    Codisto answered my tickets and solved this.

    Not sure if our case is related to yours, but I want to leave a few notes, in case anybody else stumbles upton this:
    – Amazon VCS needs to be activated
    – Don’t import orders manually, rather wait for codisto to import them automatically. Otherwise the VAT data might not yet be available to codisto.
    – Codisto is not able to apply VAT to an order that has already been imported.

    Hi, we also have the attitude:
    “Active tax calculation – VAT invoices are sent for your orders” is activated. This activation took one week. Now the VAT is also imported.

    But we still have a problem, that Woocommerce cancels all shipping costs from Amazon afterwards. Unfortunately I cannot tell which plugin is responsible for this.
