No tax applied to shipping

    Hi and thanks for creating a very useful plugin!

    However I have one problem:

    For some reason, no tax is being applied to my shipping. I have:

    * Enabled tax rates and calculations
    * Checked ‘Enter prices inclusive of tax’
    * Created a tax rate of 25% and checked ’Shipping’
    * Selected Tax status ‘Taxable’ inside the shipping method in Fish and Chips

    In the example shown in the screencast, the product has had 15% tax applied. Shipping should have 25% tax applied, but instead no tax is applied.

    What am I missing?

    Hi, @3enjamin.

    In my tests, I have the same results as you if I set taxes in any other tab than “Standard rates”.

    If I set taxes in “Standard rates” it works fine. Please test it.

    To exclude a Fish and Ships bug: add also a WooCommerce native flat shipping rate with taxes, and check if it does the same as F&S: no taxes the way you have now, and both with taxes when it has been configured in the “Standard Rates” tab.
