No tags for featured image selection?

    I thought this was a great plugin. Bulk edited and added tags to all my images and everything. Then went to add a featured image and didn’t get any tags to select as shown in the screenshots. I get the option when I want to insert into a page or post but not the featured image. Is this normal or a bug? I’m hoping a bug that can be worked out.

    If it’s got to be one of those, it’d be “normal”. It’s basically a not-yet-implemented feature.

    The workaround is to return to the Add Media dialog, filter using media tags, then use the ‘Set as Featured Image’ link that’s available there. I also am strongly hoping for this functionality in a release soon. ??

    A lot of this is also frustration on my development end. In WP 3.5 they rewrote the Media system with the new popup. In the old system there were dozens of places I could hook into to add fields where I needed then. But in 3.5 this was all removed and replace with new JS only logic. So now there is less ability to add Media-Tags fields where you want to see them.

    WP core is supposed to be working on adding much of the add_filter() add_action() function logic into JS. Which will be a nightmare.
