Hi, I installed and checked everything, and am seeing an img in a Noscript with my pinterest id, and above it another script with my tag number, and a loaded js script of pinterest for woocommerce tracking, but the pinterest tag helper can’t find any tags. Nothing comes up when I browse the site or add to cart so I’m not sure what’s wrong?

Edit: I attempted to make a fresh woocommerce testing site in my multisite to test (no plugins activated aside from woocommerce), and apparently I can’t even debug that because the Pinterest page is the one, singular page in the entirety of woocommerce that tells me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” ??

    Hey @rasetsukoku

    Hope you are doing well!

which page is telling you “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”?

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi ^^

I feel a bit foolish to say, but my original problem (no tag events on my site in Pinterest Tag Helper) was because I was blocking the trackers with adblocker and whatnot :’) So, the reason why I made this topic is solved.
