    Were any new plugins installed or anything updated just before the tabs stopped showing?

    The site appears to be using a cache plugin which minifies and concatenates the css and js files and serves then from an external CDN. This might be causing breakage if something is changed. Do the tabs still not appear when the cache system is deactivated?
