No tabs comments are stacked

I installed the plugin two weeks ago and it worked beautifully. Since last Sunday the comments are stacked not tabbed. The only thing I did recently on the bog is connected it to MaxCDN through W3 Total Cache.
I tried every suggestion mentioned in FAQ including uninstalling/reinstalling and disabling other plugins, clearing cache etc.
Please let me know how to fix it.
