No tables being created during installation .

I checked all of that thoroughly and if it helps to know, none of the pages or images show in my dashboard either.

Hmm . . .

Seems like it might be related to your wp-config.php or .htaccess file. Since here are quite a few moving pieces and configuration points its touch to know exactly which one didn’t get setup correctly…
