No support with my Professional Plan Plugin Not Working

Hello there i bought the professional plan of your plugin but the plugin not work on my websites. I have been tested your plugin on more than 5 websites it not working i got the same description error on all the websites. I have been sent you i message about this issue more than 3 days ago but you dont respond me, i’m loosing my visitors for your plugin errors.?

Error: I’m getting the same description for all the imported jobs. I have been tested different feed i got the same errror on all my websites.

Please help me because i need to upgrade my licence to use more websites but if the plugin not working on my websites i dont have reason to upgrade my licence. Or give me my money back.
