No support unless you Go Pro

  • I installed this on a website.
    I hid the login page.
    But I continually get Emails every day, sometimes hundreds.

    “Dear Site Admin,
    A host, xx.xx.xxx.xxx, has been locked out of the WordPress site at https://xxxxxxx.com due to user tried to login as “admin.”.
    The host has been locked out until 2018-04-10 23:52:45 .
    *This email was generated automatically by iThemes Security.”

    If the login page is hidden how can a user try to login as “admin”

    So I went to their website but it seems that you can only access support if you purchase a product which is fine but just be forewarned before installing.
