• Be aware, the support is somewhat irregular even for premium addo-ons. So it is a waste of time if you need to solve urgent problems or if you are considering to ask for refund.
    It is a pity; the plugin is very interesting but needs a regular support for success, and some interface improvements

    We have faced some problems recently, leading to some longer support times even though we were more responsive when contacted via email.

    If you have asked for a refund, no worries, it will be granted after we get back to a more normal activity.

    Hello,
    I do not see any email mentioned for support. Therefore your average time of your replies is once a week, looking at the other past support requests. This means that a work will take months to be finished in case of problems to be fixed.

    Please how to ask for refund? There is no information in your site about the procedure.
