Hello, sorry that you had a bad experience with the plugin, did you submit a support ticket here: https://rednao.uservoice.com. As stated in the plugin description the support is done through that site. At this time there is only one support ticket in the queue that i am going to reply to later.
1.- I could be wrong with this but i think the videos show all or most of the features of the plugin, it was my objective to keep them short as to not take much time from the users to learn to use the plugin.
2.- Sorry i don’t know what you mean with the ipn link but if you have time i would love to now more about this.
3.- The progress bar should be updated manually, if that is not happening probably there is a conflict or issue with your site cache or the plugin configuration that i could check if you want me to.
4.- You can only pass up to 255 characters to paypal which make it not viable to pass the full text fields, in the custom field only the id of the form is past which is then used to recognize the donation and do the apropiate updates in your site. Sorry i didn’t understood what you mean with use custom fields for wall.
5.- There is actually an option for sandboxing, but you need to activate it manually in the config file in smart-donations-config.php, i initially though to use the sandbox configuration only for my own use (to create the modifications) but since some developers have asked me about this (and i have told them how to enable it) i am going to add an option in the ui to turn on/off the sandboxing.
