No support, Plugin broke login

I’m not into bad reviews. In fact this is first time ever I am giving a one star to any plugin.

Installed the plugin which broke down my login page (a collision with a firewall most likely). And that is OK, I understand it can be issue caching and firewall together… But once plugin is deleted I still cant log in in web page without disabling firewall plugin. i tried re-installation which completely broke the web site. Had to manually delete Simple cache to return online. Still to log in i have to disable firewall. Posted in support forum and had no reply for 2 weeks at all.

I cant say plugin is bad or not working but theres is no support when you hit a wall or have any issue with it.
