NO SUPPORT ON PAID PLUGIN

  • I purchased a week ago, hoping to integrate with Advanced Custom Fields, which the plugin documentation shows this plugin DOES do.

    After installation, it wasn’t working and integrating with ACF as it said it should have. I submitted multiple support tickets asking for help and also in the support forum and have NOT HEARD BACK EVEN ONCE, in a week!

    Just submitted my refund request today and will keep you posted if I hear back. My guess is I won’t.

    Like others, I will delete this post IF I HEAR BACK either with support or a refund.
