No Support, No Response

Paid almost $50 for the Pro version of the plugin. Ran into an issue and emailed support and the management team, but received no reply a week later. Will never recommend this plugin to anyone, and will never purchase another license from Supsystic.
Seems like their canned response is “Unfortunately, there was a problem in our ticket system and the ticket was lost. Please write to us again and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.”
Are you guys constantly having issues with your ticket system? Sounds like a copout to me …
