It’s pretty clear to me that the author has disappeared. Vasyl Martyniuk’s web site is no longer accessible (vasyltech.com) and his hosting provider seems to have removed it completely.
I ran into the same thing – MONTHS of unanswered e-mails so I’ve canceled payment and am in the process of removing the plugins entirely.
It’s too bad though – I like where he was going with the product, just never going to get there…
