No support here either

  • Wish I had thought to check this before purchasing the PRO version, but the free version seemed to work fine. Just need additional fields which the PRO version said it would accommodate. Having an issue with the license code and getting the plugin to work, but no response from support yet. Quite disconcerting, especially if PayPal won’t refund. Seems there certainly should be enough complaints so far to warrant some action.

    Disappointing. Looked like such a promising plugin and a great price.

    Sorry that you have had a bad experience. Are you still having an issue with the license code? If so, you can provide your username for the forum on trottyzone.com and i will look into the matter.

    Yes, still having the same issue. You are requiring a URL for the plugin to work, but I do not want the build site featured anywhere so I entered my business URL. The build url is https://192.185.115.197/~thechefs/, which of course will change once the site goes live. Will the plugin stop working then? Once its live, I don’t care if its featured, but right now it’s not in any state to be featured.

    The URL has been changed for the license code to the above build URL.

    I am unable to provide any sort of continued support for the premium version here on www.remarpro.com, so please do open a thread and I will reply on the premium support forum, if the problem still persist.
