No support for pro version bug

I purchased the paid plugin and used the Likert field to add a question with answers like “Agree”, “Strongly Agree”, Disagree.

When the email was sent the likert data formating was broken and unreadable. I looked for support from the developer but I just got a standard unhelpful reply and then nothing.

Also the free version doesnt have Google recaptcha so will land you in a world of spam.
