    I open two tickets in your official site support ticket.
    No replies. I can’t find any way to contact you to have assistance.
    I read that you offer a max 48h support assistance for premium users.
    I’m a little bit disappointed..

    Hi @supergap,

    I am very sorry to hear this. I searched our inbox for ‘supergap’. I found emails from an email address which contains ‘supergap’, but the latest ticket dates from May ’23.

    Unfortunately we are not allowed to provide support for Premium products on the public forums, so I must ask you to email directly to [email protected] and close this ticket. You should get an automated reply confirming that we have received your email. We will respond with priority to at least confirm that we have received your email.

    Usually we need less than 24 hours to respond to any email, so I am afraid that somehow your email didn’t end up in our inbox. Our apologies for that!
