No support for Plugin

Made multiple attempts to contact the developer to move the license for the paid version of this plugin from the development domain to the launched domain which their plugin event directs you to do. Been nearly a month and the support tickets sit untouched marked as “processing”. If you plan on developing a site with this plugin – you would be wise to rethink. If they cannot support the paid version of their plugin, good luck with the free version.
