• I realize this is the forum for the free version, but requests in the paid forum / support emails go unanswered. The free version worked perfectly, so I purchased the Pro version for the additional functionality. Can’t get past installing the plugin and would appreciate some assistance.

    You require a URL for the purchase, but the URL of this site is still in development and I do not want it in your ‘showcase’. We entered our business url to complete the checkout, but now the plugin will not work and there is no way to update the URL associated with it. What happens when this site moves from the dev server to the live server and the URL changes? Will it stop working again???

  • WOw! Sounds like an big issue.
    No worries, You can change the domain at any time ofcourse via under your acccount >> Edit Account . On trottyzone.com

    Any concerns of the pro version, would need to post a support ticket in the pro forum.

    Not surprisingly the plugin stopped working when the website went live.

    When I click on Account, there is no option to choose Edit Account.
    MY ACCOUNT
    Cart
    Checkout
    Logout

    Please update the URL associated with this so we can access the plugin again. We are having an issue with required fields not working and I can’t test anything until I can get in again.

    still waiting for this to be addressed. the site went live and the plugin stopped working. I have a dozen or so orders that I now need to call each customer to determine their location since the plugin is not working.

    We need the URL associated with the plugin changed so it works again. Logging into my account does not have an option to do this myself.

    Please only post on the support forum for pro version.

    Premium Plugin support is not allowed here by WordPress.
