    Despite multiple attempts to get support for Order Tracking for WooCommerce by Addify, I don’t even receive an email acknowledgment. After purchasing the product on Jan 13/2023 I have tried to get assistance through the proper contact forms, but nothing, not even an email response stating that they received my email. No ticket created, nothing. So much time lost just trying to reach support. I feel like crying, but I know that won’t help. Frustrating. Why is it so easy to purchase the product but seemingly impossible to get help.

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    If that does not work, please try using a different device/browser, and be sure you are using the email address linked to the extension purchase, this will permit your request to be created correctly.

    We will be able to help you further there.
