No support for customization

  • As you asked me for a review here it is. I can understand that it is hard to give support for cusomization but in my opnion the support could give atleast some tips and hints, with which the user may get there.

    A product on the market will mostly be not just used as it come out of the box. And totally blocking the stream where it gets interesting cant be the right way. For me a product is only as good as its support.
