    @cleansupport sure, there were tickets sent in the past days and most of them got a reply. Now, I’m not sure which one was yours as you didn’t mention any reference to this topic. I’ll gladly issue a refund. I hope you will find a better solution for your website. Now, what’s the payment ID? The one you can notice under “Payment ID:”. Once I locate your order, I can email you for a refund. Or, even easier, reply to the email you got after you made the payment (the purchase receipt email).

    @cleansupport I managed to finally locate your order ?? As you requested, I’ve requested a refund of €48.30 via PayPal to your PayPal account. You should receive the funds as soon as possible. I hope you’ll continue using the Lite version that is still very useful to strip useless CSS/JS from your page loads.

    Also, you sent me two tickets which were both answered and you didn’t get back to me on either of your queries. Now, I don’t want to paste your email address here (perhaps you gave me the wrong one). The message was received on the email address you provided (ending in .co.uk), otherwise a notification email would have been sent back that there are problems with the receiver’s email address (e.g. the email does not exist or has the inbox full and the customer needs to make some space there).

    PS: Can you please update the rating, now that the issue has been solved? After all, I did my best to help you out, answered your emails as well as issued the refund once I was able to locate it.
