no support even for pro users. template breaks

    Sorry to hear that.

    But, I’d like to mention that we do get back to all our users (whether free theme or Astra Pro users).

    Considering your case, I am not really sure of the ticket you are pointing at. I do not see a pending ticket as of now.

    Could you please help me with the ticket ID so that I can take a closer look to see what is happening and get back to you soon?
