No support, even for paid version

    No service.

    Bought a bunch of their gravity forms plugins. Their tooltips plugin adds <html><body> tags throughout the page. I don’t want to know what Google thinks about ranking a page with 100 body tags, but it’s not going to be a positive.

    Support on their website for paid clients is 0 – I submitted a note on this twice there, and once on the wordpress site. 0 response.

    I guess I just go buy another plugin somewhere else.
