No support at all, premium addon not working (updated review, works with effort)

Edit: It works, but the documentation and support are horrible. The way that the premium addon for importing attributes works is counter-intuitive and not really as described in the docs, and you need to decipher how the import file needs to be imported from both the docs and the sales page. It can be done though.
