  • Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this via the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum? A “review” without even attempting to contact support seems pretty pointless.

    I emailed them via their site and via the priority support they have on their website

    So yeah, I did contact their support

    The forums are purely for the free plugins hosted at www.remarpro.com and do not support commercial products.
