• Hello,

You have terrible support, maybe the worst one I have ever seen in a WordPress plugin. I am a premium member, I purchased all your plugins and there is no support at all! The support was never good, but for a few weeks now, it is really the worst!

Don’t buy this plugin, if you do, you will be stuck in.

I am even not sure if these guys are still in the business. I sent an email and asked if they were still in business but no replies so far!

    Be aware!

  • I am having the same issue. My site has been down (I had to back date all plug ins) since Thanksgiving and have not received any response to multiple emails/tickets I put in. I am stuck. I may have to re-invent my website if I can not get this fixed.

@davidraymondgay Kindly know me your ticket numbers.

My Ticket number is #235260. I also emailed the developer multiple times from the WC Lovers team on their custom configuration with no response.

@wclovers We are now down for over 1 month on your plug in on my site. Please help.I have no response to my ticket.

@wclovers My plug in is still down with no response from your team. Please help.

@wclovers We are now 3 months with no resolution and limited response from your team. I am beyond frustrated and hopeless in getting this resolved. I need someone to help. I do not know what to do at this point.

@wclovers Is there any update from your team?

I have send you updated custom addon. Please try that.

I don’t bother leaving negative reviews, I simply just move my business as I am not sure how many really bother with other people’s views. But, WCFM has forced me to do so, you will not get a straight answer from them, they barely speak English so they will not even do the very least to even read your queries, rather simply give you the link to their documentation, their version of “google it”

The support system is virtually non existent, as I said above, most of their responses will be see documentation and the link will be attached, if you are asking a question about doing something specific, they will just see one word there and simply ask you to manage that from capabilities, which is not possible because they haven’t even read your issue.

Biggest waste of money, we have reached a point where we are informing our clients that we will not work with them anymore if they are using WCFM.
