no support at all

  • I bought the pro version of this theme because it’s very customizable and i liked it; unfortunately i did’t notice that here at www.remarpro.com nobody answers to questions and that support is not provided neither in the developer’s website.

    This is a very unprofessional behavior: even the best theme of the world can have problems, needs a fix, behaves differently with a certain plugin, functions or not with upgrades, etc. It’s not only my opinion that those who advertise and sell a theme are responsable for the entire life span of it, not just for the 5 sec of the paypal payment.
