No support at all

I have had issues with processors giving an error, including Paypal Express that I have paid a premium for. Note the same error occurs on the re-direct processor.
Submitted a support ticket over one week ago, this is from the plugin page in the dashboard:
Priority Support – Direct support from our team, your questions answered within one business day
Not really sure what to do, no answers on the forum post regarding the issue. Definitely having purchase regret. Avoid if at all possible which is a shame because the plug-in is great otherwise!
