    A month that I asked questions on the official support site, no answer, and a month that I asked questions about this forum no answer.
    The assistance of this publisher is deplorable, money lost, I’m not ready to renew my subscription, every 3 months!

    Editor to flee, go your way and keep your money for serious publishers.

  • Same here! I’m waiting to get support also. Very disturbing to offer a product and no support for PAID people!

    ok support just answered my ticket request, I’m still waiting for an other answer.
    Apparently they have notification problems

    They also responded to me. The software is pretty good. I hope they had better documentation though, perhaps more of the common questions answered thru video tutorials.

    We work on set of lightbox which gonna be integrated in our gallery. Integration with another content sources, like Instagram Gallery, Youtube Gallery, Facebook Gallery, with import comments and other related data.

    Big set of new small options like rating, watermarks, comments and different share options.

    So this release will be a huge move forward in Robo Gallery functionality. We’ll give you much more flexibility and new release will have new docs and guides which describe all new gallery possibilities.

    Apparently you guys still haven’t gotten your act together.

    We emailed your support desk on Saturday, 01 June 2019 20:02 with the following. As of today, 11 days later, NO RESPONSE!!! This is simply unacceptable and very unprofessional.

    Do I have the ability to have all of the images in the gallery have the same title, description, alt text and caption? It would be very useful to have this as this would be major time saver. Right now, I’m copying and pasting all of the texts for each
    image.
