No Support and Updates

Plugin ‘descriptions’ transferring to Pinterest correct. This broke 9 months ago with WordPress 4.6.1. Plugin not compatible with WooCommerce as it completely strips the image descriptions. I have not received any updates though I have been paying for ‘Support and Updates’. Did get a reply to my support ticket in a day which appeared more like the technical punt to blame it on another plugin or my theme rather than to stay up to date with the latest WordPress. Seems more like a hobby plugin that the creator has cashed out on.
