No support and plugin is useless junk

  • I bought the premium plugin few weeks back since I thought my website is infected. When I used this plugin to scan for malware, it started showing genuine files as malware and wants to delete even wordpress core files. This plugin is a cheat. I wrote email to author to check if he can support or refund me because it didn’t work for me, he didn’t even bother to reply. Stay away from this plugin. These kind of false promise and no support premium plugins should be banned at prestigious WordPress.com.

    Hello slander person.

    1st slander, SecuPress (free or pro) will never ask you to delete WordPress Core files. SecuPress will ask you to recover them if they have been modified, recover, not delete, lie.
    2nd slander you have been refunded, you insulted me in the support, I don’t want that kind of person as a client. lie.
    3rd slander, false promise, how can you prove that? Are you saying that with 10k installations, there is 10k dumb people out there? lie.
    4th slander, no support, this is not because I do not answer under your mental deadline that there is no support. lie.
    5th slander, this is not WordPress.com here, this is .org
