No support. Abandoned?

Before downloading/installing plugin I was concerned about Support as I noticed questions went unanswered for weeks.

I took a chance and downloaded/installed plugin only to find it doesn’t allow you to input text into Media files before adding image to post/page. I posted a Support query about this and got no response. From looking around I see that purchasing an addon does allow you to add text to images.

But that wasn’t my main problem. My main problem was images looked fine in the Preview window of the plugin but when plugin placed image into a standard WordPress theme (twenty sixteen) the images only displayed the smallest tip-top of an image. A thin, thin strip of the image. This was not acceptable.

Posting a Support request got no reply for two days. I’m glad I had a chance to test free version before purchasing any addons.

It’s too bad Support doesn’t exist. This could be a useful addition.

I’m writing this after receiving an automatated request to rate plugin. I have done so.
