    I have emailed, used the contact form over six times to try and receive information and support, along with the forums on the website, and I have had zero response. I even e-mailed the developer directly about this issue, hoping it was not being directed to the appropriate party, only to also hear nothing.

    I applied for a refund, which should have been processed in 24 hours. That was 3 weeks ago.

    No response? No support? No positive review. Truly appalling customer service.
