    Hello,

    Firstly, thank you for deleting my earlier comment about the total lack of support. We have purchased the WP Twilio Core & Bulk SMS plugin, and would like to get some support OR refund, if there is no support.

    We have contacted you through Facebook as well and that went unanswered.

    Therefore, please advice if you can or cannot provide support and provide a refund.

    Please contact us at support @ wpsms.io, We don’t provide support to everyone through FB page. since we cannot know which one purchased our plugin and that they downloaded it elsewhere.
    If you purchased WPSMS Pro, please use the same email you purchased the pro version with.
