first of all, this is a free plugin that technically comes with no support. Yet we provide industry-leading support to everyone even to the free users. So, if you can’t wait for a little to get an answer – well I have nothing to say there. And coming to bad support – well, I guess our other plugin users can comment on that better.
Now coming to the 4 days – I really don’t think you expect us to check support thread during the weekends and then in the middle of all these there was a death in my family which lead to even more delays.
But still I have replied to your support thread as soon as I got chance to come online. And you gave a 1 star review for using a free software and not getting replies within 4 days.
