• Very disappointed.

    Set it up, but when I came to test it got an error message. Followed the instructions, but still no joy.

    Posted on the support forums 4 days ago, but still no reply.

    Hi,
    first of all, this is a free plugin that technically comes with no support. Yet we provide industry-leading support to everyone even to the free users. So, if you can’t wait for a little to get an answer – well I have nothing to say there. And coming to bad support – well, I guess our other plugin users can comment on that better.

    Now coming to the 4 days – I really don’t think you expect us to check support thread during the weekends and then in the middle of all these there was a death in my family which lead to even more delays.

    But still I have replied to your support thread as soon as I got chance to come online. And you gave a 1 star review for using a free software and not getting replies within 4 days.

    @doggieboat you are very wrong!

    These guys did something amazing and free! I have it on more than 20 sites, the plugin has its limitations, but for 95% of the projects it works and saves you money.

    A review like this only shows information about you and is almost useless for the community, 4 days is nothing for the community, shame on you.
