You asked for a feature that is not available in our plugin and our developers explained exactly why that in the support ticket and then you have opened this support ticket here.
So your original query was: “I need access to the generated pdf through the API.”
This was our developer’s response:
“The frontend PDF download module currently works only for logged-in users. It was released that way.
We have a plan to support the logged-out users in the future.”
I am not sure, which part is the bad support or no support.
It’s sad that you are rating us 1-star because you are requesting something that does not exist in our product.
